Definition
Stemmed, capstemmed, cleaned Natural California Seedless Raisins, Select size, to be of typical color and raisin flavor. No preservatives shall be present in this product. Furthermore, the packaging materials used shall not contain any additives or preservatives which can migrate into the product.

Keep in cool dry storage (12 C, 55% RH) to minimize sugar crystals forming in or on fruit. Protection against potential Insect infestation needs to be addressed during storage.

Grade A or better for stems and capstems and Grade B or better for all other
categories.
No
preservatives shall be present in this ingredient. Furthermore, the packaging materials
used shall not contain any additives or preservatives which can migrate into
the ingredient.

1. Moisture (By DFA-Dried Fruit Association Meter) - 15.0 to 20.0%
2. Pesticide Residues - To comply with FDA regulations.

Vegetable oil coating - Durkex 500 NG: 0.5 to 1.0% by weight.

Practices.
